"When I first started in the real world, I quickly intuited that my emotions didn’t belong, so put my emotions in a box to achieve professional success.  I never learned to re-engage with my emotions and that led me down a dark path void of passion and connection. I wish I had known about the Enneagram Centers of Intelligence sooner.  It would have saved me a great deal of confusion and heartache.”

KELSEY TAYLOR | The Working Enneagram

Are your thoughts, feelings, and actions working harmoniously together?

If you answered, "I dunno, you tell me!" then you're in the right place. There are three centers of intelligence: thinking, feeling, and doing; and odds are you have a bias toward one center in particular.  You tend to be drawn toward others who favor that center also because “they get it!”   Join me as I share how to shift your bias from one center to a deeper appreciation of all three centers leading to greater balance and wholeness.

A Note From Kelsey…

2016 is a hard year for me to reflect on. I was the worst possible version of myself.
In order to be successful at work I realized quickly that I would have to rely solely on my logic.  As a result I put my emotions in a metaphorical box on the shelf, and that worked out real well for me.  For awhile.
The problem was that I never took my emotions out of the box. And the longer I kept my emotions in the box, the more I lost touch with one of the most beautiful parts of myself.
I became arrogant and unforgiving.
I believed everyone else was the problem.
I was unwilling to see just how much I was hurting everyone around me.
Jump ahead several years, and I can say with confidence and many thanks to the wisdom of the Enneagram  that I have fully regained access to my emotions, and they have an honored seat at the table along with Logic and Actions.
If I knew then what I know now about the Enneagram and the centers of Intelligence, I would have been able to catch my unhealthy behaviors and course-correct long before leaving “a wake of dead bodies” behind me.
Whether you're looking to overcome your self-focused tendencies or just curious to learn your dominant center of intelligence - I hope to see you soon!
